Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information we collect through everthere.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Who we are

    1. Everthere Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We're registered in England & Wales (company number 04546865) and our registered office is 14A Albany Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 9TH, United Kingdom.

  2. What we collect

    1. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
    2. Our server records the IP address and email address of each enquiry, to protect the form from spam and abuse.
    3. We don't use cookies for tracking or analytics, and we don't collect information from you when you simply browse the site.

  3. How we use it

    1. We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to work with us, to take steps towards an agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
    2. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

  4. Service providers

    1. Enquiries are stored in our account with MailerLite, which we use to manage our contacts.
    2. Our website and server are hosted by a third-party hosting provider.
    3. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

  5. How long we keep it

    1. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.

  6. Your rights

    1. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email contact@everthere.com and we'll respond within one month.
    2. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
