Ultra Electronics Strategic Workshops

Ultra Electronics’ Card Systems division design and manufacture ID card printers. They are market leaders and have a fantastic reputation for quality products, services and support.

In 2012 we were approached by their senior management team to run a series of workshops to detail a strategic response to innovations in their market, specifically around smartphones and web-based-printing. These sessions transitioned to tactical planning workshops where implementation details and alternative software engineering approaches were examined.

We continue to work closely with Ultra Electronics on a number of initiatives including digital content strategy, integrated marketing and extending their Salesforce implementation.

Thanks for running some great sessions on mobile and web technology. We’ve now got a clearer vision of how our mobile and cloud printing strategy could be realised. Looking forward to working with you again soon.
